AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
ARTICLE X, CHAPTER I, SECTION 10701 TO
CLARIFY THE LIMITATIONS ON PERMITTED USES
ON RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL AND ONE FAMILY
ZONES. (Amendment No. 153)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10701 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"10701 PERMITTED USES.
No building or improvement or portion
thereof shall be erected, constructed, converted,
established, altered or enlarged nor shall any
lot or premise be used except for one or more
of the following purposes."
SECTION 2. The City Council finds and determines
that said amendment to the Municipal Code is a minor revision
to land use regulations and that it does not result in the
creation of any'new parcel of land nor change in land density
and is, therefore, categorically exempt (Class 5) from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act of
1970 (CEQA) .
• SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
