AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING PART IV
OF CHAPTER III OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE, RELATING TO THE MEMBERSHIP IN THE HUMAN
RESOURCES COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2341 of the West Covina. Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"2341. HUMAN RESOURCES COMMISSION.
Human Resources Commission (HRC) - Composition - A
Commission to be known as "The Human Resources Commission"
is hereby created. The Human Resources Commission shall
consist of seven members, residents of the City of West
Covina, appointed by the City Council."
SECTION 2. The, City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.
