AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION TO SECTION
10802.02 - "SINGLE FAMILY CONDOMINIUM DWELLINGS",
AND AMENDING SECTION 10807.05 - "OFF-STREET
PARKING", OF PART VIII, CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE X,
RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT AT A DENSITY
ABOVE.8 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE. (Amendment
No. 151)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10802.02 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"10802.02 MULTIPLE FAMILY AND SINGLE FAMILY
CONDOMINIUM DWELLINGS. (MF-15,
MF-20 and MF-45 Zones Only.)"
SECTION 2. Section 10807.05 section titles of the
West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"10807.05 OFF-STREET PARKING
a) Condominium
b) Multiple Family Dwellings - Non Condominium
. c) Multiple Family Dwellings (including condo-
miniums)"
SECTION 3. The City Council finds and determines that
said amendment to the Municipal Code is a regulatory action by a
public agency and is, therefore, categorically exempt (Class 8)
from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act of 1970 (CEQA).
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as re-
quired by law.
