AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3.191 OF THE WEST
16 COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO A DECREASE IN
MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (bb) of Section 3191 of the West
Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(bb) AMAR ROAD from Valinda Avenue to
Temple Avenue, 45 miles per hour
SECTION 2. Subparagraph (xx) is hereby added to Section
3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read as follows:
(xx) AMAR ROAD from Temple Avenue to
Nogales Street, 50. miles per hour
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the.same to be published as required
by law.
