AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3191 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO A DECREASE IN
MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (b) of Section 3191 of the West
Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) CITRUS STREET from the North City Limits
to East Garvey Avenue, South, and from
Vine Avenue to South City Limits,
35 miles per hour.
SECTION 2. Subparagraph (d) of Section 3191 of the West
Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(d) CALIFORNIA AVENUE from West Covina Park-
way to South City Limits, 35 miles per hour.
SECTION 3. Subparagraph (f) of Section 3191 of the West
Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(f) BARRANCA AVENUE from North City Limits
to East Garvey Avenue, South, 35 miles per
• hour.
SECTION 4. Subparagraph (vv) is hereby added to Section
3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read as follows:
(vv) CITRUS STREET from East Garvey Avenue,
South, to Vine Street, 40 miles per hour.
SECTION 5. Subparagraph (ww) is hereby added to Section
3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read as follows:
(ww) BARRANCA AVENUE from East Garvey Avenue,
South, to Cameron Avenue, 40 miles per
hour.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
