AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 6210
OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE REFUND OF BUSINESS LICENSE FEES.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6210 of the West Covina Municipal
Code relating to the refund of business license fees is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 6210. PRORATING. REFUNDING.
Except as.otherwise herein provided, license fees other
than annual, required hereunder shall not be prorated and shall
be due and payable in advance in lawful money of the United
States. Any license fee paid, whether erroneously or otherwise,
shall not be refunded except in the event that the method of
collection is changed or altered during any calendar year.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.
