ORDINANCE NO. 1395
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
3190 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO AN INCREASE IN MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (p) of Section 3190 of the
West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(p) LA PUENTE ROAD from Nogales Street to East City
Limits, 40 miles per hour."
SECTION 2. Subparagraph (ee) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
" (ee) WOODGATE DRIVE from Temple Avenue to Shadow Oak
Drive, 30 miles per hour."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
as required by law.
