ORDINANCE NO. 1390
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA;.AMENDING SECTION
3190 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO AN INCREASE IN MAXIMUM SPEED
LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (cc) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
(cc) ORANGE AVENUE from Francisquito Avenue
to Cameron Avenue, 35 miles per hour.
SECTION 2. Subparagraph (dd) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
(dd) ORANGE -AVENUE from North Garvey Avenue
to 110 feet north of Louisa Avenue.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
