ORDINANCE NO. 1382
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION
3190 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO AN INCREASE IN MAXIMUM SPEED
LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION I. Subparagraph (aa) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
(aa) WORKMAN AVENUE from Sunset Avenue to East
City Limit, 35 miles per hour.
SECTION 2. Subparagraph (bb) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
(bb) WORKMAN AVENUE from West City Limit to
Citrus Street, 30 miles per hour.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
