AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION
3140 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO TRUCK ROUTES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows':
SECTION 1. Section 3140 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended by the deletion therefrom
of a subsection reading as follows:
(k) SUNSET PLACE from.Sunset Avenue to South
Garvey Avenue.
SECTION 2. Section 3140 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended by the modification
thereto of a subsection reading as follows:
(s) SUNSET AVENUE from North Garvey Avenue
to West Covina Parkway.
SECTION 3. Section 3140 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended to the addition thereto
of a subsection reading as follows:
• (k) WEST COVINA PARKWAY from Glendora Avenue
to South Garvey Avenue.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
