AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING
SECTION 5248 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNI-
CIPAL CODE RELATING.TO SEWER CLEAN -OUTS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5248 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is amended to read:
"5248. CLEAN -OUTS
Clean -outs shall be placed in every house connection
sewer at the junction with the soil pipe at the building; at the
junction with the main line sewer, or at the junction of the reducer
and the four inch pipe at the property line; at all changes in
alignment and grade, above or below the point of change; and at
intervals of not to exceed one hundred feet in straight runs. Clean -
outs in straight runs longer than one hundred feet shall be uniformly
spaced."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
