ORDINANCE NO. 1350
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING
SECTION 2500 OF .THE WEST COVINA
MUNICIPAL CODE, FIXING THE COMPENSATION
OF THE CITY CLERK.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2500 of the West Covina Municipal Code.
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2500. CITY CLERK'S SALARY
Beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the City
Clerk is hereby fixed in.the sum of $1200 per month.
The City Clerk in the office on the effective
date of this Section shall be entitled to receive the
increased compensation provided for herein. Upon the
expiration of the term of office of the incumbent City
Clerk, the salary of the City Clerk shall be $100 per month."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
