• AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION
3177 OF THE .WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO PARKING IN ALLEYS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3177 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read:
"No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle
in any alley for any purpose other than the
loading or unloading of persons or materials,
except when appropriate signs approved"by._-the
Traffic Committee' are 'erected .giving= notice
that Vparking -is: ,permitted.-f7, - - - -
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of February , 1977.
