ORDINANCE NO. 1325
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION
3190 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO AN INCREASE IN MAXIMUM SPEED
LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (d) is hereby deleted from
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. Subparagraph (e) of Section 3190 of the
West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(e) PUENTE AVENUE from the westerly
City limits to Azusa Avenue, 35
miles per hour."
SECTION 3. Subparagraph (q) of Section 3190 of the
West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(q) VALINDA AVENUE from southerly
City limits to Glendora Avenue,
35 miles per hour."
SECTION 4. Subparagraph (d) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal code to read:
• "(d) NORMA AVENUE from Calvados
Avenue to Citrus Street,
30 miles per hour."
SECTION 5. Subparagraph (w) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(w) CHERRYWOOD STREET from Garvey
Avenue South to Garvey Avenue
South, 30 miles per hour."
SECTION 6. Subparagraph (x) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(x) CALVADOS AVENUE from Garvey
Avenue South to Norma Avenue,
30 miles per hour."
SECTION 7. Subparagraph (y) is hereby added to
Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(y) FAIRWAY LANE from Garvey
Avenue North to Grand
Avenue, 35 miles per hour."
SECTION 8. The City Clerk shall certify to the
• passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.

Covina, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No.1325
was regularly introduced and placed upon its first
reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 24th
day of January , 1977. That thereafter said ordinance was
duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 14th day of February , 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:

NOES: Councilmen: None
