AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3175
OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ESTABLISHMENT OF PARKING REGULATIONS
FOR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3175 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended by the addition of subparagraph (f) to
read as follows:
"(f) Parking for Physically Handicapped Persons.
When any curb is painted blue, no person
shall stop, stand, nor park any vehicle
in the street adjacent thereto, unless such
vehicle displays a license plate issued to
a handicapped person or a disabled veteran,
pursuant to the California Vehicle Code."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished as required by law.

March , 1976. That, thereafter, said ordinance was duly
adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 22nd day of March 1976, by the following vote,
to wit:
