AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 5100 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CERTAIN
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AMENDING
THE PUBLIC HEALTH CODE OF THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5100 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is amended to read:
5100. ADOPTION OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY HEALTH CODE.
The Public Health Code of the County of Los Angeles, being
Ordinance No. 7583 of the County of Los Angeles, as amended to
November 1, 1975, is adopted as the Public Health Code of the
City of West Covina (hereinafter referred to as "Health Code").
Three copies of the Health Code are on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
