AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3140(c) OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE, DELETING A PORTION
OF GARVEY AVENUE FROM THE TRUCK ROUTE SYSTEM.
The City Council of the City of West. Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Sect -ion 3140, TRUCK ROUTES, paragraph (c),
of the West Covina Municipal Code, is amended to read:
"(c) Garvey Avenue except:
(1) North portions between the Sunset Avenue
westbound freeway ramps and Citrus Street.
(2) South portions between Glendora Avenue
and Citrus Street.
(3) The cul-de-sa.c portion westerly from
Holt Avenue and easterly of Grand Avenue."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.
