AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, AMENDING SECTION 2410 OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
OFFICES AND EMPLOYMENTS IN THE EXEMPT SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2410 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is amended by adding a new subparagraph (Y) thereto, to
read:
"(Y) Regular City officers and employees who are
assigned to perform duties for the West Covina Redevelop-
ment Agency, including the following:
Executive Director, Assistant Director, Community
Redevelopment Coordinator, Administrative Assistant -
Redevelopment, Planning Associate -Redevelopment,
Planning Assistant -Redevelopment and a•ny other
Redevelopment Agency positions specified as exempt
by the City Council at the time of creation."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.
