AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 468 - City Initiated)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone change and amendment was duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission
and by the City Council and that the public convenience, necessity
and general welfare and good zoning practice require that the following
zone change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9202.2b-j reading
as follows:
119202.2b-j. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the zoning map referred to therein, the
following premises are hereby placed and included in the R-1,
Area District IV (Single Family Residential) Zone, to wit:
Tract 29957, Tract 29080, 1033 South Citrus Street,
and that portion of South Hills Country Club Golf
Course located west of Citrus Street."
SECTION 3. Pursuant to Section 9220.21 of the West Covina
Municipal Code, those modifications of setback requirements approved
by Planning Commission Resolution No. 2414 for certain of the property
rezoned by this ordinance are hereby approved.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1200 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the loth day of Julv , 1972. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 24th day of July 1972,
by the following vote, to wit:
