AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
THE WOODSIDE VILLAGE MASTER TEXT (PART 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1129).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
• ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1129 of the City of West
Covina is hereby amended by amending the Woodside Village
Master Plan Text (Part 1), (Amendment No. 1, Planning Commission
Resolution No. 240`8) as follows:
"Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this
Part the site development standards of the West'Covina M.F. 20
zone shall be used and shall apply to all future development."'
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished as required by law.
