ORDINANCE NO. 1193
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3191 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO A DECREASE IN
MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (w) of Section 3191 of the
West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as'follows:
"(w) 1AZUSA AVENUE from Amar Road to 600 feet
south of Francisquito Avenue, 50 miles per
hour."
SECTION 2. Subparagraph (gg) is hereby added to
Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(gg) AZUSA AVENUE from 700 feet north of
Temple Avenue to Amar Road, 40 miles per
hour."
SECTION 3. Subparagraph (hh) is hereby added to
Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(hh) MONTEZUMA WAY from 150 feet northerly
of Sandy Hill Drive to Citrus Street, 30
miles per hour."
SECTION 4. Subparagraph (ii) is hereby added to
Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(ii) SANDY HILL DRIVE from Montezuma Way
to Golden Vista Drive, 25 miles per hour."
SECTION 5. Subparagraph (jj) is hereby added to
Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(jj) GOLDEN VISTA DRIVE from Montezuma Way
to Montezuma Way, 25 miles per hour."
SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as re-
quired by law.
