AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3190 OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO AN
INCREASE IN MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (t) is hereby added to Section
3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(t) Lark Ellen Avenue from Maplegrove Street to Pass
and Covina Road, 35 miles per hour."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.
Passed and approved this 13th day of September, 1971.

at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 13th day of
