AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 9231.5 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO FILING F ent.(AmeNo. 114)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9231.5 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"9231.5. APPLICATION FEE.
An application for a Planned Community Development
Zone shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $100, plus
$1.00 per unit."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
