AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF ARTICLE IX OF
THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SIGNS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The definitions of "dwelling -two family"
and "dwelling -multiple" contained in Section 9201 of the
West Covina Municipal Code are hereby repealed and the
following definition of "Dwelling -multiple" is added thereto
as follows:
"'Dwelling -multiple' - A cluster of attached or
detached dwelling units."
SECTION 2. Section 9211.1(c)19 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended by renumbering said section
as 9211.2(r)19.
SECTION 3. Section 92l4&i-.1(b).3 of the West Covina
Munici al Code is hereby amended by renumbering said section
as 921�A.2(q)9.
SECTION 4. Section 9214A.1(b)5 of the West Covina
Municippal Code is hereby amended by renumbering said section
as 9214A.2(q)13.
SECTION 5., Section 9214A.l(b)13 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended by renumbering said section
as 9214A.2(q)13.
SECTION 6. Section 9214A.l(b)14 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended by renumbering said section
as 9214A.2(q)14.
SECTION 7. Sections 9222.25, 9222.262 9222.272 9222.28,
9222.29, and 9222.30 of the West Covina Municipal Code are
hereby amended by renumbering said sections as: 9222.20,
9222.21, 9222.22, 9222.23, 9222.24, and 9222.25, respectively.
SECTION 8. The City Clerk shall certify to'the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause same to be published as required
by law.
