AN ORDINANCE,OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 9216.2 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF AMBULANCE SERVICE. (Amendment No. 101)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9216.2 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is amended by adding the following paragraph at the end of said section:
"(b) An ambulance service may only be established and main-
tained in the C-2, C-C, C-3, R-C, S-C and 0-P Zones after an
unclassified use permit has been granted. The establishment of
an ambulance service in any other zone is prohibited."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
