AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO RE -ZONE
CERTAIN PREMISES.. (Zone Change No. 425

The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council,does hereby find, deter-
mine and declare that the following zone change and amendment
was duly initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly
given and published, that public hearings thereon were duly held
by the Planning Commission and by the City Council and that the
public convenience, necessity and general welfare and good zoning
practice require that the following zone change and amendment be
made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding thereto a new Section 9202.2 a-1 reading as
follows:
'9?02.2 a-f Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 9202.2 and the zoning map referred to
therein, the following premises are hereby placed and in-
cluded,in the following zones:
(a) N-C Neighborhood Commercial Zone. That certain
rectangular parcel of property located at the South
West corner of Cameron and Azusa Avenues extending
• from the corner of the property line at the inter-
section of Azusa and Cameron Avenues a distance of
620.40 feet southerly on Azusa Avenue -and a distance
of 738 feet westerly .on Cameron Avenue, consisting
of approximately 10.5 acres and more particularly,
described in zone change application No. 425.

(b) R-3 Multiple Family Zone. That portion of
lots 219 and 230.of E. J. Baldwin's 5th subdivision
of a portion of the Rancho La Puente in the City of
West Covina as per map recorded in book 12 pages
134 and 135 of maps in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles that is not described in
subparagraph (a) hereof consisting of approximately
8 acres and more particularly described in zone
change application No. 425.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as re-
quired by law.

meeting of the City Council on the 22 day.of September ,
