ORDINANCE NO. 1094
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA
MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES
(Zone Change No. 421 - Lawrence and Helen Jones)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone change and amendment was duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and pub-
lished, that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning
Commission and by the City Council and that the public convenience,
necessity,and general welfare and good zoning practice require
that the following zone change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9202.2.a reading
as follows:
"9202.2.9-t. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding
the provisions of Section 9202.2 and the zoning map
referred to therein, the following premises are here-
by placed and included in the S-C-Zone, to wit:
That certain property known as 546-550
South Glendora Avenue and more particularly
described in Zone Change Application No.
421."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as re-
quired by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1094 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 25th day of August , 1969. That,
thereafter, said Ordinance Was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 8th day of September , 1969,
by the following vote, to wit:
