AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS APPLICABLE
TO CITY FACILITIES.
•The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:

SECTION 1. Section �-63 is added to the West Covina Municipal
Code to read:

"51. TRAFFIC REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO CITY FACILITIES.
No person shall drive any vehicle or stop, park or leave
standing any vehicle upon the driveways or grounds of any public
building or facility of the City except with the permission of
and subject to such conditions and regulations as may be imposed
by the City Council upon the recommendation of the Traffic
Authority) pursuant to the provisions of Section 2111� of the
Vehicle Code."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
