AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3190 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MAXIMUM SPEED
LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (r) is hereby added to Section 3190
of the West Covina Municipal Code to read:
"(r) ROWLAND AVENUE from Azusa Avenue
to the easterly City Limits 35 miles per hour"
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.

City Council on the 24th day,of February , 1969, by the following
