ORDINANCE NO. 1062
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 8111 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FIRE ZONES
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8111 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is amended to read as follows:
8111. Establishment of Fire Zones. All land
within the City limits of the City of West
Covina shall be in Fire Zone No. 2 with the
following exceptions:
Exception No. 1. All land actually in use
or to be developed in the future as single
family dwellings is hereby designated as
Fire Zone No. 3.
Exception No. 2. All land within the exterior
boundaries of the areas designated as Fire
Zone No. 1 on the official Fire Zone District
Map.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published as re-
quired by law.

passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 12th day
