AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNI-
CIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES
(ZONE CHANGE NO. 399 - VICTOR CRUIKSHANK)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:.
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and
declare that the following zone change and amendment was duly initiated,
that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that pub-
lic hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and by
the City Council and that the public convenience, necessity and general
welfare and good zoning practice require that the following zone change
and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new Section 9202.2.n reading as follows:
119202.2.n. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 9202.2 and the zoning map referred
to therein the following described premises are hereby
placed and included in the R-3 Zone, to wit:
An irregularly shaped 8.2 acre parcel located
at the northwest corner of Sentous Avenue and
Valley Boulevard excepting therefrom the
existing service station and convenience mar-
ket site and as more particularly described
in Zone Change Application No. 399."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of'this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
