AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (a) OF SECTION
4112 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE SIZE OF DANCE FLOORS IN CABARETS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph (a) of Section 4112 of the West
Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:
"(a) SIZE OF DANCE FLOOR. The dance floor shall be a
minimum size of 200 square feet and -no part of the dance floor
shall be less than 8 feet in width at its narrowest point."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law.
Adopted, signed and approved this 26th day of August ,
1968.
