AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF
SECTION 81l2.1 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ASSESSMENTS FOR DISTRIBUTION LINES
FOR DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The second paragraph of Section 8112.1 of the
West Covina Municipal Code is amended to read:
"Where the facilities required by Section 8112 already
exist but the lot or parcel upon which the building or
structure is to be erected or moved has not been taxed or
assessed for and has not paid its just share of the costs
of said facilities, the owner or applicant for a permit
which has a valuation exceeding $1,500.00 as determined by
the Building Department shall pay to the City the just
share of the cost of such facilities attributable to such
lot or parcel under any reimbursement agreement or contri-
bution or payment by the City for such facilities."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law.

City Council on the 22nd day of July , 1968, by the following
