AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING THE 14EST COVINA
MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH MAXIMUM SPEED
LIMITS ON GRAND AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is amended by adding thereto a new sub paragraph (z) to
read as follows:
"(z) GRAND AVENUE between northerly and southerly
City Limits 45 miles per hour"
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.

1968.
