AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 389 - City Initiated)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
• follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and
declare that the following zone change and amendment was duly initiated,
that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and by the City
Council, and that the public convenience, necessity and general welfare and
good zoning practice require that the following zone change and amendment
be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new Section 9202.2.f reading as follows:
"9202.2.f. Zone Changes.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9202.2 and the
Zoning Map referred to therein, the following described premises
are hereby placed and included in the R-P Restricted Professional
Zone, to wit:
Those portions of Lots 120, 129 and 130 of E. J. Baldwin's
fourth subdivision of part of the Rancho La Puente, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 8 Page 186 of Maps
on file in the office of the County Recorder of said county
described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 129;
thence northeasterly along the southeast lines of said
Lots 129 and 130 to the northeasterly line of the south-
westerly 646 feet of said Lot 130; thence northwesterly
along said northeasterly line to the northwesterly line of
the southeasterly 250.00 feet of said Lot 130; thence
southwesterly along said northwesterly line to the north-
easterly line of the southwesterly 424.50 feet of said Lot
130; thence northwesterly along the last mentioned north-
easterly line to the northwesterly line of said Lot 130;
thence northeasterly, along said last mentioned north-
westerly line to the southerly line of Walnut Creek Wash
as described in the deed to the Los Angeles County Flood
Control District and recorded in Book D2054-Page 199 of
Official Records of said County Recorder; thence south-
westerly along said southerly line to the southwesterly
line of said Lot 120; thence southeasterly along last mentioned
southwesterly line to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 129;
thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Lot
129 to the southwesterly line of said Lot 129; thence south-
easterly along last mentioned southwest line to the point of
beginning.
Excepting therefrom the southwesterly 200.00 feet of the
southeasterly 747.13 feet of said Lot 129; also excepting
therefrom the southeasterly 20.00 feet of said Lots 129-.,and

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
