ORDINANCE NO. 1013
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO USED
CAR FACILITIES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9213 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new subsection (oo)
and the redesignation of the present subsection (oo) as subsection
(pp), reading as follows:
"9213.
(oo) Automobile sales agency, new or used including
incidental servicing and repairs, provided that sales
and display areas need not be within buildings, but
otherwise the provisions of Sub -section (a) of Section
9212.1 shall apply.
(pp) Other similiar retail, wholesale or service business
when determined in the manner set forth in Section 9219.4."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.

regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 13thday of November , 1967.
That, thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopte an passe at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 27th day of November ,
19670 by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: Snyder
