AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PROCEDURE
• FOR APPROVAL OF PRECISE PLANS OF DESIGN.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9218.4 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"9218.4 SAME - PROCEDURE
Application for approval of a precise plan of design
or an amendment thereof shall be made in such form as the
Planning Commission shall prescribe. The procedure (but
not the grounds) set forth in Part 22 of this Chapter
shall apply to the processing and approval or rejection
of proposed precise plans of design and amendments thereof.
All applications for precise plans of design shall be heard
by the Planning Commission. In all cases the procedural
provisions of Part 22 exclusive of Section 9222.18 shall
prevail."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
• required by law.
