AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE DECREASING SPEED LIMIT
ON VALLEY VIEW STREET.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended by the addition thereto of subsection (y) reading,
as follows:
"(y) VALLEY VIEW STREET from Nogales Street
to the City Limits (westerly of Sentous
Avenue) 35 miles per hour"
SECTION 2., The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
