ORDINANCE NO. 1000
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA CONSENTING TO THE
IMPROVEMENT OF PORTIONS OF BADILLO STREET
IN SAID CITY BY THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following named streets between the
limits thereof indicated hereinafter and being within the City of
West Covina are hereby declared to be a part of the County System
of Highways in Los Angeles County, as provided in Sections 1700 to
1704 inclusive of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, and consent is hereby given to the improvement of said
streets by said County as follows:
Name of Street Limits
Badillo Street That portion between Virginia
Avenue and Orange Avenue lying
in the City of West Covina
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
as required by law and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles.

I, LELA PRESTON, Deputy City Clerk of the City of West
Covina, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1000 ,
was regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 12th day of June
1967, that thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at
a regular meeting of the City Council on the 26th day of June ,
1967, by the following vote, to wit:
