AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA CONSENTING TO THE IMPROVEMENT
OF PORTIONS OF LARK ELLEN AVENUE BETWEEN SAN
BERNARDINO ROAD AND BADILLO AVENUE IN SAID
CITY BY THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following named street between the
limits thereof indicated hereinafter and being within the City of
West Covina is hereby declared to be a part of the County System
of Highways in Los Angeles County, as provided in Sections 1700 to
1704 inclusive of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, and consent is hereby given to the improvement by said
County of said street as follows:
NAME OF STREET
LIMITS
Lark Ellen That portion of Lark Ellen Avenue
between the northerly City limits
and the center line of Badillo
Avenue, being within the City of
West Covina.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the pas-
sage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 980 was regularly

after, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the lOthday of. October 1966, by the
