ORDINANCE NO. 964
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
14EST COVINA AMENDING A CERTAIN PROVISION OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO RUBBISH.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5320 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5320 RUBBISH DEFINED.
As used in this Chapter, "rubbish" shall be deemed to
mean and include discarded bottles, cans, jars, scrap metal, paper,
wood, glass, crockery, rags, garden and lawn trimmings and other nor-
mal refuse except garbage as defined in Section 5310 and junk or
salvage as defined in Section 5320.1".
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 964 was regu-
larly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 22nd day of November , 1965.
That, thereafter, said ordinance was c�Tu ly adopted and passe at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the llth day of April, 1966.
