ORDINANCE NO. 959
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE '(NEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ESTABLISH A BUSINESS LICENSE FEE FOR
REFUSE DISPOSAL DUMPS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6235.3 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
116235.3. REFUSE DISPOSAL DUMPS OR SANITARY LAND FILL.
For every person engaged in the business of conducting
and operating a refuse disposal dump site or sanitary land fill
for refuse disposal purposes the sum of $500.00 per annum or fraction
thereof."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
