AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 3190 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE SPEED
LIMIT ON VALINDA AVENUE.
0 as follows: The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
SECTION 1. Section 3190 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new subsection (q)
reading as follows:
"(q) VALINDA AVENUE from the southerly
City limits to Vincent Avenue 30 miles per hour"
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and publish the same as required by law.

•hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 938 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 13th day of September 1965. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passe at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 27th day of September 1965,
by the following vote, to wit:
