ORDINANCE NO. 916
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 900.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 900 adopted by the City Council
of the City of West Covina on January 25, 1965, and against which a valid
referendum petition was filed prior to the effective date thereof, is
hereby rescinded and repealed.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of March , 1965.
