ORDINANCE NO. 906
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 329 - Oschin and Glikbarg)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and
declare that the following zone changesrand amendments were duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission,
and by the City Council, and that the public convenience, necessity and
general welfare and good zoning practice require that the following zone
change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.63 reading as follows:
"9202.2.63. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the R-2 Restricted Multiple Family Zone, to wit:
Those portions of Lots 319, 335, 336, 337 & 353, 354,
all in E. J. Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision of a portion of
Rancho La Puente, in the County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map thereof recorded in Book 12,
Pages 134 and 135, of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of
Tract No. 21078, as per map thereof recorded in Book
587, Pages 1 through 4, inclusive, of Maps, records
of said County, with the northeasterly boundary line of
Lot 12 in said Tract No. 21078, as said intersection is
shown on said map of Tract No. 21078; thence along the
boundary lines of said Tract No. 21078.
1st: South 290 38' 15" East, 234.58 feet to an angle
point therein; thence,
2nd: South 600 21' 45" West, 448.04 feet to an angle
point therein; thence,
3rd: South 190 41' 49" East, 65.24 feet to an angle
point therein; thence,
4th: South 300 20' 40" East, 477.87 feet to an angle
point therein; thence,
5th: South 410 46' 11" East, 88.60 feet to an angle
point therein; thence,
6th: South 530 08' 51" East, 659.44 feet to an angle
point therein; thence,
7th: South 340 52' 35" West, 558.46 feet to an angle
point therein; last said angle point also being
a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot
354 of E. J. Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision of a
portion of Rancho La Puente; thence along the
southwesterly line of said Lot 354.
8th: South 740 18' 25" East, 855.45 feet to an inter-
section with the centerline of Azusa Avenue, 60.00
feet.:wide, as said avenue is shown on said map of
Tract No. 21078; thence along the centerline of
said Azusa Avenue.

9th: North 00 40' 00" East, 2037.90 feet to an inter-
section with the northerly line of said Lot 319
of E. J. Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision of a portion
of Rancho La Puente, thence along the northerly
line of said Lot 319
loth: North 890 20' 40" West, 1104.68 feet to the point
of beginning."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.

I, ROBERT FLOTTEN, City Clerk of the City of West Covina,
do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance No. 906 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 8th day of February , 1965. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 23rd day of February , 1965, by
the following vote, to wit:
