ORDINANCE NO. 903
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 330 - M. J. Young and C. M. Brooks)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone changes and amendments were duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission
and by the City Council, and that the public convenience, necessity
and general welfare and good zoning practice require that the follow-
ing zone change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.62 reading
as follows:
"9202.2.62. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the C-2 General Commercial Zone, to wit:
Those portions of lots 71, 72, 73, 74, 93, 94 and
95 of Tract No. 930, in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
shown on map recorded in book 17 at pages 38 and
39 of maps on file in the office of the county
recorder of said county, lying northerly of the
northerly line of Walnut Creek Wash as shown by
Los Angeles County Flood Control District right
of way maps #20-R.W. 4.5 and 20-R.W. 4.2"
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.

meeting of the City Council on the 25th day of January , 1965.

regular meeting of the City Council on the 8th day of February , 1965,
