ORDINANCE NO. 899
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SPEED
LIMITS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (q) of Section 3191 of the West
Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(q) SERVICE AVENUE from Orange
Avenue to Walnut Creek Parkway 35 miles per hour"
SECTION 2. Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code is
hereby amended by the addition thereto of subsections (t) and (u) reading,
respectively, as follows:
"(t) WALNUT CREEK PARKWAY from
Service Avenue to Vincent's
Avenue 35 miles per hour"
"(u) BADILLO STREET from the westerly
City limits to the easterly City
limits 35 miles per hour"
SECTION,3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

hereby certify that the above Ordinance No. 899 was regularly intro-
duced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 13th day of January , 1965. That, thereafter,
said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 25th day of January , 1965, by the follow-
ing vote, to wit:
