AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA
MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES.
(Zone Change No. 325 - Yeager)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone changes and amendments were
duly initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and
published, that public hearings thereon were duly held by the
Planning Commission, and by the City Council, and that the public
convenience, necessity and general welfare and good zoning prac-
tice require that the following zone changes and amendments be
made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.59 reading
as follows:
119202.2.59. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provi-
sions of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to
therein, the following described premises hereby are
placed and included in the R-P Restricted Professional
Zone, to -wit:
The easterly 125 feet of the northerly 160 feet
• of Lot 67, Tract No. 930, in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, as per map
recorded in Book 17, Pages 38 and 39 of Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of said
County."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 898 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 28th day of December, 1964.
That, thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the llth day of January,
1965, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jett, Krieger, Mayor Pro Tem Nichols
NOES: Norte
ABSENT: Councilman: Mayor Snyder
