ORDINANCE NO. 886
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE NEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 314 - Cunningham and Diedrich)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
that the following zone changes and amendments were duly
that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission
City Council, and that the public convenience, necessity
welfare and good zoning practice require that the following
and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.52 reading
as follows:
119202.2.52. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zone, to wit:
That portion of Lot 2 of Eugene Riggins Subdivision of
the Hathaway Tract, in the City of West Covina, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, Book 53, Page 37
of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County
Recorder, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 2;
thence South 460 05, 48" East 82.17 feet; thence north
80° 101 27" West 17.85 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing North 800 101 27" West 11.87 feet;
thence south 44° 021 59" West 37.00 feet; thence south
049 141 53" West 262.72 feet; thence north 430 54, 12"
East 245.92 feet; thence North 460 05, 48" West 157.73
feet to the true point of beginning."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
