ORDINANCE NO. 866
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 300 - Croaff)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone change and amendment was duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
that publie,hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission,
and by the City Council, and that the public convenience, necessity
and general welfare and good zoning practice require that the following
zone change and amendment be made.
SECTION.2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.40 reading as follows:
119202.2.40. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to
therein, the following described premises are hereby placed
and included in .the R-3 Medium Density Multiple Family Zone,
to wit:
That portion of Lot l of Tract No. 12335 in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, described as follows: Commencing at the
most southerly corner of said Lot 3, thence north 440
57' 30" west 100 feet thence north 451P 21 30" east 35.93
feet, thence north 50 22t 50" east 124.75 feet, thence
south 810 161 20" east to the easterly line of said
lot, thence south 5° 231 10" west 165.61 feet, thence
south 450 21 30" west 71.78 feet to the point of
beginning, as shown on map recorded in Book 235, pages
6 and 7 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder
of said County."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 866 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 8th day of June , 1964. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 22nd day of June 1964, by
the following vote, to wit:
